フェルミン・ケロル
マドリードで生まれ、16の時にサラマンカにてフラメンコギターを始める。
マヌエル・ベロカル(Manuel Berrocal)に師事。
その後、独学にて歌伴奏を学び、その土地のジプシー達と交流を深め、カンテ(フラメンコの歌)伴奏者として活躍する。

また、エル・エンテュリ(El Entri)、エンリケ・バルガス(Enrique Vargas)、ホセマヌエル・ロレンソ(Jose Manuel Lorenzo)、ヘラルド・ヌニェス(Gerardo Nunez)…etc に師事。
1999年、マドリードに移り踊り伴奏を始める。マドリード主なタブラオやライブに出演。(下記参照)

また、数多くの著名なフラメンコアーティストと共演する機会を得る。(下記参照)
アラサン(Alazan,フラメンコのグループ)での公演のため、3回にわたり全国ツアーを行う。その他、スペインだけでなく海外での仕事も数多くこなす。
アメリカ、日本、ブラジル、スウェーデン、アラブ首長国連邦、チェコ共和国、イタリア…など。
2004年から現在までに、東京のエル・フラメンコにて、各半年間づつ4グループの伴奏を務める。2007年、東京に居を移し、現在も日本で活躍中。

Fermin Querol
Born in Madrid, his passion for flamenco starts at the age of sixteen in Salamanca, the city where he grows up, after listening to a recording by Fernando Fernandez Monje, Terremoto de Jerez. He soon starts playing with the local gipsies. He is essentially a self-taught guitarist, but has occasionally received classes from maestros such as Aquilino Jimenez "el Entri", Gerardo Nunez, Enrique Vargas and Jose Manuel Lorenzo. In 1999 he moves to Madrid and starts his career as accompanist for flamenco dance, working in virtually all the tablaos and flamenco clubs in the city: Casa Patas, Las Carboneras, Cafe de Chinitas, Las Tablas, La Solea, El Juglar…He has worked with some of the best dancers of the flamenco scene, such as Manuel Reyes, Rafaela Carrasco, Belen Maya, Belen Fernandez, Rocio Molina, Pedro Cordoba, David Romero, Angela Espanadero… He has toured extensively the United States, and other countries such as Japan, Brazil, Sweden, Arab Emirates, Czech Republic, Italy… besides doing three national tours with the flamenco-pop band Alazan. He has also accompanied foremost cantaores, such as Rancapino, Diego el Cigala, Enrique el Extremeno, Juan Jose Amador, Pepe de Pura, Antonio Villar. He lives in Tokyo since 2007, where he still works with touring spanish artists and local maestros such as Shoji Kojima, Shijo Morita, Mami Kagita, Ami Kamata, etc. Since 2004 he has played during four six-month terms at the prestigious tablao El Flamenco, in Shinjuku.
